Cuando comenzamos a nacer
la mente empieza a comprender
que vos sos vos y tenes vida
Que poca cosa es la realidad
mejor seguir, mejor soñar
y lo que vale no es el dia
pero el sol está
no es de papel, es de verdad
Tenes una boca para hablar
y comenzas a preguntar
y conoces a la mentira
Con tus piernas vas a caminar
y luego empiezan a encerrar
y juntos ver amanecer
Poco a poco vos te conformas
si no es amor es tuya igual
y vos le das lo que te pida
Pero si te ofrecen el final
Dirás: igual me he de quedar
por qué soy yo, por qué es mi vida

Take this kiss upon the brow!
And, in parting from you now,
Thus much let me avow --
You are not wrong, who deem
That my days have been a dream;
Yet if hope h
as flown away
In a night, or in a day,
In a vision, or in none,
Is it therefore the less gone?
All that we see or seem
Is but a dream within a dream.

I stand amid the roar
Of a surf-tormented shore,
And I hold within my hand
Grains of the golden sand --

How few! yet how they creep
Through my fingers to the deep,
While I weep -- while I weep!
O God! can I not grasp
Them with a tighter clasp?
O God! can I not save
One from the pitiless wave?
Is all that we see or seem

But a dream within a dream?

Etiquetas en el cielo, a tu nombre.

Sobre tonos grisáceos se desprende

un humo magneta

se suavizan tus párpados

se derrite tu carne, al “filme luz “

(si esa energía proyectada)

Te consume

Y

Te sumerge.

Jamás habrá nada que retenga el piso

A tu comodidad.

Por aquel tiempo, niño, donde

Decidiste renacer,

Véanse a través y no por sobre

Cuántos han sido los somníferos

Anestesiándote

El

Alma.

Endemoniado.

What good is sitting alone In your room? Come hear the music play. Life is a Cabaret, old chum, Come to the Cabaret. Put down the knitting, The book and the broom. Time for a holiday. Life is a Cabaret, old chum, Come to the Cabaret. Come taste the wine, Come hear the band. Come blow a horn, Start celebrating; Right this way, Your table's waiting. No use permitting Some prophet of doom To wipe every smile away. Come hear the music play. Life is a Cabaret, old chum, Come to the Cabaret! I used to have a girlfriend Known as Elsie, With whom I shared Four sordid rooms in Chelsea She wasn't waht you'd call A blushing flower... As a matter of fact She rented by the hour. The day she died the neighbors Came to snicker: "Well, that's what comes From too much pills and liquor." But when I saw her laid out like a Queen, She was the happiest... corpse... I'd ever seen. I think of Elsie to this very day. I remember how she'd turn to me and say: "What good is sitting alone In you room? Come hear the music play. Life is a Cabaret, old chum, Come to the Cabaret. Put down the knitting, The book and the broom. Time for a holiday. Life is a Cabaret, old chum, Come to the Cabaret." And as for me, I made my mind up, back in Chelsea, When I go, I'm going like Elsie. Start by admitting, From cradle to tomb Isn't that a long a stay. Life is a Cabaret, old chum, Only a Cabarert, old chum And I Love a Cabaret.

barro tal vez...
Y es que esta es mi corteza
donde el hacha golpeará
donde el río secará para callar.

An Effervescing Elephant
with tiny eyes and great big trunk
once whispered to the tiny ear
the ear of one inferior
that by next June he'd die, oh yeah!
because the tiger would roam.
The little one said: "Oh my goodness I must stay at home!
and every time I hear a growl
I'll know the tiger's on the prowl
and I'll be really safe, you know
the elephant he told me so."
Everyone was nervy, oh yeah!
and the message was spread
to zebra, mongoose, and the dirty hippopotamus
who wallowed in the mud and chewed
his spicy hippo-plankton food
and tended to ignore the word
preferring to survey a herd
of stupid water bison, oh yeah!
And all the jungle took fright,
and ran around for all the day and the night
but all in vain, because, you see,
the tiger came and said: "Who me?!
You know, I wouldn't hurt not one of you.
I'd much prefer something to chew
and you're all to scant." oh yeah!
He ate the Elephant
